Great rooms, clean, nice rooms. Rahul and front desk staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also very good and well taken care of. The breakfast lady does a great job. The gym is definitely a huge plus, I felt safe here. This is a good spot, at a fair price.

Came down for a quick trip to six flags. Convenient location, clean rooms, and the friendliest front desk staff. Rahul is AMAZING!! Would definitely come back here.

It's by and large a decent cheaper hotel. I needed a place to crash while my kids attended a weekend camp. Spent a lot of time in the room. The rooms were great. I'd stay here again.

Pleasant. Stay clean interior interior of rooms and hotel common areas. Was under construction or seall. Ceiling tiles had been pulled and visible wiring. May have stayed longer and given better review.But prices rise too much on the weekends. No deals to be had. Overall, pleasant.

This was second stay here since August. I was unaware that the FF was going through some sort of renovation, but my room on the second floor was fine. Staff was polite, check-in and check-out was flawless. Breakfast was great too. The semi-feral cat ⬛ outside was amusing. He or she is well fed My only concern, thus not five stars, is the weed and vape odor in the lobby, elevator, pretty much all the common areas. I'm not sure I would bring my family here for that. I couldn't stand the smell myself. Overall, the hotel is a great value at a good location for me near the Toms River area where I needed to be.

I’ve stayed here many times and feel it’s a great place for the price. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, there’s a pool and a fitness area, a decent breakfast is available daily, what more do you need?

For the cleanliness, comfort, and service, I would have given this 5 stars. I would especially have wanted to give it a perfect rating because of the helpfulness of the desk staff member who kindly fixed an error I had made on the reservation. However, the poor WiFi and coffee (and no cream) were major disappointments. Everything else was excellent - super comfy beds, nice size fridge, very clean room, really quiet, and the pool looked lovely. Overall, an excellent value. (The management says they will fix those 2 issues, so I will definitely give them another chance in the future.)

We really liked the hotel. The receptionist was very polite, always smiling. The rooms were clean, since there were five of us, we were given two rooms with a connecting door, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast was good, the waffles were delicious. The pool area was comfortable and clean. We came to the pool before 9 am and asked the employee if we could swim? We were allowed and before that, the hotel employee cleaned everything and cleaned the pool, which was very nice.
